Where do the express festival shuttles depart from?
Private air-conditioned shuttles depart directly from our partner hotel hubs in El Poblado and Laureles every 30 minutes, starting 2 hours before gates open and running continuously until 90 minutes after music stops.
How and when do I receive my festival credentials?
Your festival wristbands, shuttle passes, and welcome package will be handed to you in person upon check-in at the private Priceless Events hospitality desk located inside your selected partner hotel.
Can I transfer my package or change the primary guest name?
Yes. Name changes and guest transfers are complimentary up to 30 days prior to the festival start date. Simply email support with your booking ID and updated traveler information.
How do the flexible installment payment plans work?
Lock in your experience tier today with an initial deposit. The remaining balance is split into equal, interest-free monthly installments automatically charged to your card, with final payment due 45 days before the event.
What is the difference between GA and VIP package tiers?
